Warn Partners' Attorneys Attend ICLE Seminar
Several Warn Partners attorneys will be attending the 2008 Intellectual Property Spring Seminar, conducted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. During this seminar, USPTO officials will cover the new KSR compliance standards, an update on TTAB Rules, and discovery under the new Trademark Rules. USPTO officials will share how to avoid the 10 most common mistakes in patent applications and in TTAB practice. Also on the agenda are disussions regarding how to manage trade secrets in a digital age, how to enforce design patents on auto parts in the ITC, and Pacific Rim counterfeiting of patents and trademarks.
